    1. These terms of service govern your use of the Custom Codex application and related services. By accessing or using the Service you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service and Dadavan’s Custom Codex Privacy Policy.

    1. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including contributors of Content.
    2. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any consequences thereof.

  3. Community Guidelines

    1. You may not post violent, nude, unlawful, pornographic, obscene, or sexually suggestive content.
    2. You may not use the Service for illegal activities or unauthorized purposes and must comply with all laws and regulations.

  4. Custom Codex Accounts

    1. In order to access some features of the Service, you must create a Custom Codex account.
    2. You must not use another user’s account without permission.

  5. Your Use of Custom Codex Content

    1. The Content on the Service is owned by or licensed to Dadavan, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights.
    2. You may access Content for personal use only as intended and permitted under these Terms.

  6. Account Termination

    1. Dadavan will terminate a user’s access to the Service if they determine the user has violated these Terms of Service.

  7. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dadavan from any and all claims arising from your use of the Service.

  8. Warranty Disclaimer The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  9. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Dadavan be liable for any damages resulting from your access to and use of the Service.

  10. Arbitration For any dispute, you agree to resolve the dispute with binding arbitration.

  11. Ability to Accept Terms of Service You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a guardian.

  12. Communications You will receive administrative communications from Dadavan regarding your account activities and important announcements.

  13. General The Service shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada.
